WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based out of a beautiful countryside barn with exposed beams in Suffolk, UK but in the summer wedding season you will more likely find us on the Amalfi Coast in our Ravello studio, or somewhere else in Italy or Europe!

Our highest client representation hails from the US, followed by Australia, Asia and the UK- plus some lovely couples from Europe too! Our couples have many things in common though- all looking for a high touch, design-led service to deliver exquisite and memorable moments.
DO YOU ONLY OFFER PLANNING?
No! We also offer a design and flowers service which can be booked without planning- so if you already have a planner, or are planning yourself, we would love to help with flowers. Whilst working with us on a complete service of full planning, design and flowers is our most popular option, we only have limited spaces per year for Full Planning services whereas our flowers dates are not so limited.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU WORK ON A YEAR?
We focus on quality rather than quantity, especially as our clients often have multiple day events. We look to take on no more than 15 weddings per year for Full Planning, Design & Flowers as a complete service so do get in touch with us if you’re interested.
We have extra spaces for design & flowers only bookings- so always write to us for those!
WHAT IS YOUR ENQUIRY PROCESS?
We ask you to complete our enquiry form on the contacts page to give us an idea of your vision and budget, so we can advise if they are aligned. We then look to arrange an initial consultation, show your our planning platform and how we work- then provide you with our proposal and quotation.
We like to give you a budget projection during the enquiry process so that you feel confident about what to expect. If you’re happy with everything we provide a copy of our contract and then once the deposit is paid we can hop straight into nailing a venue and date!
WHAT IS YOUR FEE STRUCTURE?
All investments in our wedding planning services are bespoke fixed fees with a minimum spend that are dependent on your ceremony type, location, guest count, the scope and complexity of your event and your budget. We truly feel that this is the most transparent way of working, conducive to an honest relationship between us- with the knowledge that our advice is there only to support you seamlessly through the planning process with your best interests at heart.
To confirm our services we ask for an initial 50% deposit, a 40% payment 6 months from your wedding date and 10% 1 month before along with any expenses/additions at that point.
Flowers are quoted per item just as they would be working with an external florist.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
For full transparency, we always want your contracts and payments to be made direct to supplier. We will guide you through this process step by step and reminders our set up within our planning software so you never miss a payment!
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH RECOMMENDED VENDORS & SUPPLIERS?
In a word, no. We are open to working with any vendors and suppliers, but we will always make sure they are right for what you’re looking for, professional and going to do an amazing job for you! Vendors and suppliers that we recommend, are recommended for a reason, and have been tried and tested. We hand pick suppliers to recommend for you, from our extensive network of contacts and inside expertise.
